How do I buy a collection?
Open the seller’s reviewed profile and use only its approved external-platform link. That platform handles checkout, payment, delivery and access—not The Sole Gallery.
Where will I find my purchases?
Your purchases and subscriptions are available through the approved external platform you used to pay. The Sole Gallery does not store or unlock paid content.
What if something is wrong with my purchase?
Contact the external platform that processed your payment and delivery. You can also report a misleading or unsafe listing to The Sole Gallery.
What can a creator see about me?
The external selling platform controls what purchase information is shared with the seller. The Sole Gallery does not receive your card number or billing details.
For creators
Do I ever pay a buyer to receive money?
Never. A genuine buyer does not need a gift card, crypto payment, release fee or deposit from you.
What does listing cost?
Founding seller profiles are free during this directory stage. The Sole Gallery does not collect buyer payments or deduct a selling commission.
Who handles my subscriptions and earnings?
Your approved external selling platform handles subscriptions, fees, refunds and payouts under its own terms. The Sole Gallery does not hold your earnings.
Do I have to accept custom requests?
No. Custom requests are always optional. You choose your boundaries and can decline, block or report pressure without explaining yourself.
Safety, scams & verification
Who can use the marketplace?
Verified adults aged 18 or over. Identity checks are private, and sellers may use a display name publicly.
What are the clearest signs of a scam?
Requests for gift cards, crypto, release fees, off-site payment or an in-person meeting are warning signs. Stop, keep the evidence, block and report.
Will my ID appear on my profile?
No. Verification is handled privately by a specialist provider. Your public profile displays only the name and details you choose.
